Wholesalers and distributors
For wholesalers and distributors: a dealer ordering portal, ERP, warehouse management and CRM connected into one flow from order to shipment.
Common challenges
Orders arrive scattered across phone, WhatsApp and email, and the sales team spends much of the day entering them
Dealer-specific prices, discounts and payment terms live in spreadsheets and people's memory
Items shown as in stock can't be found in the warehouse, or the wrong item gets shipped
Dealers keep calling to ask about order status and account balances
Orders from dealers over their credit limit or with overdue balances slip through unnoticed
Customer history disappears when a sales rep leaves
Managers have to compile reports every month to see which dealers, products and regions are profitable
Our approach
Most problems in wholesale and distribution come from orders, stock, warehouse and customer data living in different places. So rather than a single piece of software, we build a flow that connects them. Dealers order through a B2B portal with their own prices, discounts and credit limits. Orders flow straight into the ERP, where your credit and payment rules apply. A warehouse management system has orders picked from the right bin by barcode scan and records each shipment. Stock movements are reflected instantly in the portal, your online store and marketplaces. A CRM brings your sales team's dealer visits, quotes and follow-ups into one place. If your current ERP or accounting software meets your needs, we keep it and connect the other pieces to it; if not, we build a custom ERP. We roll out each piece gradually, starting where you lose the most time.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to set up everything at once?
No. For most wholesalers, the fastest value comes from a B2B dealer portal and ERP integration; warehouse management and CRM can be added later as needed. We decide where to start together, based on your current processes.
Do we need to replace our ERP?
Usually not. Widely used systems such as Logo, Mikro and Netsis can work with a portal, WMS and CRM. If your ERP can't handle basics like dealer pricing or stock tracking, we look at a custom ERP.
Will our dealers use the portal?
The portal's success depends on it, so we keep screens few and steps short. During the transition, phone and WhatsApp orders continue, and the load shifts to the portal as dealers get used to it.
Can our field sales team use the system?
Yes. Sales reps can place orders on behalf of dealers from a phone or tablet during visits, add visit notes to the CRM and see the dealer's balance instantly.
We have several warehouses. Is that a problem?
No. We can set rules for which warehouse's stock is shown to which dealer or channel, and which warehouse fulfils each order.
