Business Software & Integration
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
A WMS that runs your warehouse from receiving to shipping: bin and location tracking, barcode picking, stock counts and real-time ERP stock sync.
The problem
Accounting software tells you how many units are in the warehouse, but not where they are. Finding a product depends on an experienced worker's memory, and orders slow down when that person is away. The wrong item or quantity gets shipped, and returns follow. During stock counts the system figure and the actual shelf quantity don't match, and nobody can tell where the difference came from. With multiple warehouses or sales channels, these problems multiply.
What we do
We start by reviewing your warehouse on site or from its layout: how receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping work, and where time and errors are lost. We then define the warehouse in the system by zone, rack and bin, recording where every product is stored. Staff use handheld terminals or phones to scan barcodes during receiving, put-away and picking, and the system won't complete a task until the right item and quantity are scanned. Stock movements sync in real time with your ERP, online store and marketplaces. For products that need lot, serial number or expiry tracking, we build first-in-first-out or expiry-based picking rules into the system.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a WMS and an ERP?
An ERP tracks how many units are in the warehouse and their financial value. A WMS manages exactly where each product sits, how it's put away and picked, and which worker did what. Together, they give accurate stock data on both the accounting and warehouse sides.
Do we need special hardware?
Not necessarily. Android phones with a suitable scanning app can be enough to start. In high-volume warehouses, handheld terminals and barcode printers are more efficient; we decide together based on your needs.
Will it work with our existing ERP?
Yes. We set it up to keep stock, orders and shipments in sync with systems such as Logo, Mikro and Netsis, so ERP stock updates as soon as warehouse tasks are completed.
Does a small warehouse need a WMS?
If you have few products and one person runs the warehouse, usually not. As product range, order volume or headcount grows, shipping errors and stock variances can quickly cost more than a WMS.
Will operations stop during the transition?
No. We start with one zone or product group and expand gradually. We usually plan a stock count period for the initial location setup and barcoding.
