Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Viventrova as data controller, within the scope described below.

This notice describes what the site actually collects and what it is used for.

Personal data we process

Simply browsing the site requires no identifying information. Data is collected only in these cases:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone and company if provided, message content.
• Quote wizard: the services you select, your answers to the scope questions, name, email, phone and company if provided, and any notes you add.
• Technical records: your IP address, used for bot checks and abuse prevention when a form is submitted.
• Cookies and similar technologies: your theme preference and cookie choice are stored in your browser; analytics runs only with your explicit consent.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed only for the following purposes, on the stated legal grounds:

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Protecting form submissions from spam and abuse — legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• Measuring and improving how the site is used — only with your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1); you may withdraw it at any time.
• Meeting legal obligations — legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

Transfers

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for sales, marketing or similar purposes.

The service providers used to run the site are listed below. Some of them are located abroad, so the relevant data counts as transferred abroad under KVKK art. 9; that transfer relies on your explicit consent or on the other conditions the law permits.

Retention

Information you send through a form is kept for at most two years after your enquiry is closed, then deleted. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods required by the applicable legislation apply.

Your cookie choice and theme preference are stored in your own browser; they are never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may apply to the data controller and request the following:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and if so, request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
