Food and agribusiness
For food producers, cooperatives and farm input dealers: dealer portals, ERP integration, cold-chain monitoring and export-ready infrastructure.
Common challenges
Orders from dealers and wholesalers come in by phone; in peak season the sales team does little but key them in.
Cold store or warehouse temperature isn't monitored regularly; a fault is noticed only after the product is damaged.
Foreign buyers look for product, capacity and certification details on the site; the catalogue is outdated or in one language.
Health claims on product pages can fall foul of food regulations.
Our approach
In food and agribusiness, work usually runs through a dealer network and the season. We connect a portal — where dealers order with their own prices and credit terms — to your ERP, moving peak-season volume from the phone to the portal. We monitor temperature and humidity in cold stores and warehouses with sensors and alert the responsible person when a threshold is crossed. For export we structure product and certification information the way a foreign buyer searches for it, in several languages, and keep product copy within food regulations.
Important note
Under the Turkish Food Codex, a food may not be claimed to prevent, treat or cure a disease, and the rule isn't limited to labels: it applies to advertising and promotion, and therefore to websites and online store pages. We write product copy within that framework; foods for special dietary purposes are covered by their own regulations.

Frequently asked questions
Dealer orders are low out of season — does a portal still make sense?
A portal pays off most in peak season: it lets the same team take more orders without errors. Out of season it still takes account statement and balance questions off the sales team.
Do we need sensors everywhere in our cold store straight away?
No. We recommend starting with a pilot in a single room. Once sensor placement, connectivity and alert thresholds are proven there, we roll out to other areas.
