Maintenance and security
We keep your site current, fast and secure: updates, backups, SSL, uptime monitoring and quick response when something breaks.
The problem
Left alone after launch, websites age: plugins go stale, certificates expire, backups stop. The problem is only noticed when the site goes down, shows a “not secure” warning or gets hacked — and by then you've lost trust, not just visitors.
What we do
We first audit your site (including sites we didn't build): outdated components, vulnerabilities, backup status, SSL and speed. We fix the critical issues right away and put the site on a regular maintenance schedule. With uptime monitoring, if the site goes down we find out before you do.
How we work
Discovery call
We listen to your business, your goals and where things stand today, and gather what we need for a quote.
Written quote
We put the scope, timeline and price in writing. If something out of scope comes up, we talk first.
Build
We show progress at short intervals and move ahead with your approval at every step.
Measure and support
After launch we measure the results, report on them and keep improving.
Frequently asked questions
Do you maintain sites built by other agencies?
Yes. We audit first and report the current state, then propose the maintenance scope and any urgent fixes based on that report.
What do you do if the site gets hacked?
We restore from a clean backup, find out how the attacker got in, close the hole and rotate credentials. Regular backups are the best insurance for exactly this moment.
